What to include in a report

• Your phone model.
• The operating system and its version.
• Your browser and its version.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened.
• The page address, if the problem is on a page.

What not to send

Do not send your phone number, passwords, photos, or recordings. We do not need personal data to look at a problem. We do not ask for it.

What to expect

One person reads the email. We try to answer within a few working days. We cannot promise a date.

We cannot diagnose or repair your phone. For a damaged phone, contact the phone maker or a repair shop. See the first aid page.

What happens to your message

The form saves your name, your email and your message on our host (Cloudflare). We use them only to answer you. We keep a message for up to 12 months, then it is deleted. See the privacy policy.

The form does not set cookies. A spam check can appear if you send several messages in one day.
